The Cornerstone School was founded by the association “Hope for the Children International” (HCI) in Dorohoi to offer children the opportunity of a high-quality, free education.
Orphans and needy children from the area now have the opportunity in one of the best Schools in the country. They can take advantage of tutoring and have the opportunity to participate in free school activities and the after-school program Through friendships between the children, the school guides them. Children with families they would otherwise not have access to.

Cornerstone School is a tuition-free, Department of Education accredited private school that meets the requirements of the MEN National Curriculum and offers a variety of innovative educational projects through a partnership with Hope for the Children volunteers.
As a modern school, equipped according to European standards, it is our goal that every student achieves an advanced level of education and is thus well prepared for the Oberstufengymnasium or any other future educational decision.
